Get off at Ogoto-Onsen Station on the JR Kosei Line (local train).
It is 3 minutes by the Seian school bus (no fee) from Ogoto-Onsen Station.

The school bus does not run on Sundays or holidays. However, it will run on Sunday, April 29, and it will not run on May 1 and 2.
The university can also be reached from Ogoto-Onsen Station by city buses #94 and #96. Get off at the “Seian Zokei Daigaku Mae” stop.
